What is the status of my client’s transfer?

To check the status of your client’s transfer or re-registration, simply log into the platform and download the transfer report from the business reports section. It provides a view of all your transfer requests that have been submitted to us, including transfers into and away from our platform. You can check the status of the transfer and the last date it was reviewed by our transfer team.
