More and more customers who experience sight loss are using screen reading software.

It’s a quick and easy way to read any of your documents, such as regular statements, which are found in our Online Customer Service.

With your computer reading the content from your screen you can join the many customers who are already tracking their investments and viewing their documents online, just as they do with online banking.

We can send documents to you in:

  • large print
  • braille
  • audio described

And remember you can phone us to:

  • request a pension income
  • make a withdrawal from your ISA or Collective Investment Account (if there is no joint account holding)
  • amend a Direct Debit
  • change your address.
