We understand that if you have ASD/Autsim it can be daunting to phone a stranger.

Rest assured that it is important to us that when you do call you get what you need and are confident in your understanding of what has been discussed.

You may find these notes helpful in preparing for your call to us:

  • It is a good idea to have a recent statement or valuation with you, as we will ask you some questions to verify your identity at the beginning of the call.
  • Before you call you may find it helpful to note down the questions you want to ask, and leave space to write notes about the answers beside them.
  • Our customer service centre phone number is 0808 171 2626, and we’re open 8.30-5.30 every weekday.
  • During the call feel free to ask us to explain things in a different way, or ask for time to make notes and consider the information you’ve just been given.

We want to help you, and we are very happy to work with you to make sure your call is stress-free and gets you the understanding you need.
